Boston Marathon 2025 Registration Fee. The qualification window for the 2025 boston marathon began on september 1, 2023, and will close at 5 p.m. Runners are responsible for paying their boston marathon entry fee of $375 directly to the b.a.a., and this registration fee does not count towards the fundraising minimum.
